Okay, I'm going to let you in on a secret....

I hate to admit this but I am beginning to realize that it is getting out of hand and wondering if I should find a support group for this....I AM A REALITY TV ADDICT! I am not talking one or two reality shows. Nor, am I talking three or four shows. If it is reality TV, I watch it. I will even TiVo it if there are three shows on at the same time.
So, I thought I would let you know just what I watch that has me so addicted:
Monday: Wife Swap, Treasure Hunters
Tuesday: Fear Factor, Hell's Kitchen, Last Comic Standing
Wednesday: So You Think You Can Dance, America's Got Talent
Thursday (starting soon): Big Brother All Stars, RockStar Super Nova
Friday:nothing, but I'll find something.
Saturday:nothing, but I'll find something or watch a show I have tivod.
Sunday: Extreme Home Makeover

(Of course, there are other shows like Survivor, American Idol and Amazing Race that join this list too when the are on.)

Now this may now seem too bad. (yeah right.) But I have also been know to get sucked into watching marathons of My Super Sweet 16, Real World, Little People, Big World, and any tlc programs like Trading Spaces, Flip That House and Curb Appeal.

As, if this isn't bad enough you should see my list of soaps I watch-but that is a whole other blog.
